What an amazing experience to take part in the dog show in France, where we presented our young standard wire-haired dachshund in the ring for the very first time!
It was great to build new connections , have inspiring conversations , and see some truly beautiful dogs .

On the first day, the judge highlighted Pyper's beautiful head, lovely expression , and promising development as a puppy.
The next day brought a new judge with a fresh perspective: he found the overall structure correct, and gave special praise to her head, expression, and eyes .
Both judges highlighted her elegant, flowing movement .

But what matters most to me:
Pyper worked with confidence and joy by my side in the ring – I couldn't ask for more.

We still have room to grow, but I'm grateful for the constructive feedback and truly excited for what lies ahead at future shows!
